These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Agency Builder Operating System ("ABOS"), a product of ABOS LLC, operated at agencybuilderos.com. By accessing or using ABOS you agree to be bound by these Terms.
ABOS is a SaaS platform designed for independent insurance agents and agency managers. It provides tools for client management, team management, AI-powered intelligence (GIDEON), SMS and email messaging, production tracking, and related agency operations features.
ABOS is currently in beta. Beta users agree that the platform may contain bugs, incomplete features, or unexpected behavior. We appreciate your feedback during this phase. Beta users who remain active subscribers after the beta period will retain their founding rate of $50/month regardless of tier for as long as they remain subscribed without interruption.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of others without authorization.
You agree to use ABOS only for lawful purposes related to your insurance agency business. You may not use ABOS to send unsolicited communications, violate any applicable law including the TCPA and CAN-SPAM Act, infringe on third-party rights, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into ABOS including client information, notes, and records. By using the platform you grant ABOS a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to store and process any client data you enter into the platform.
The GIDEON AI feature is provided as a productivity tool. GIDEON's responses are generated by AI and should not be construed as legal, financial, insurance, or compliance advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on GIDEON's output. ABOS makes no warranty regarding the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.
ABOS is billed on a monthly subscription basis. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time and your access will continue through the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any conduct we determine is harmful to the platform or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@agencybuilderos.com or by written notice to ABOS LLC.
ABOS is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ABOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes between you and ABOS LLC shall be resolved in the courts of Muskegon County, Michigan.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of ABOS after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
