The GIDEON AI feature processes data from your account to generate recommendations, briefings, and responses. This processing occurs through third-party AI providers including OpenAI. Data sent to AI providers is subject to their respective privacy policies. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models.
If you use ABOS to send SMS messages or emails to your clients, you are responsible for ensuring you have proper consent from those recipients in compliance with applicable laws including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CAN-SPAM Act. ABOS provides the tools — compliance is the responsibility of the agent using them.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account you may request deletion of your data by contacting us at support@agencybuilderos.com. We will delete your data within 30 days of a verified request.
ABOS integrates with third-party services including SMS providers (Twilio), AI providers (OpenAI), and payment processors. Use of these integrations is subject to the respective providers' terms and privacy policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of ABOS after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
